●This magnetic strainer is so simply structured that its maintenance
is easily made in a short time.
●The type, arrangement and/or quantity of magnetic sticks for this
strainer may be changed easily in accordance with its application.
●Users may select any suitable one of the two types of magnetic stick
to meet its application.
*Surface magnetic intensity: 3500 gauss (maximum allowable working temperature;
90°C)/10500 gauss (maximum allowable working temperature; 60°C)
Applications
●With this Magnetic Strainer, iron pieces and particles and stainless
steel particles may be separated from the powder or fluid. It is recommended
to integrate this Magnetic Strainer into a food material selection line,
a medicine material selection line, a final line for inspection of products,
etc.
●With this Magnetic Strainer, those fine particles of magnetic substance
can be removed which may not be removed with a conventional filter. It
is recommended to install this Magnetic Strainer after such line as using
any metallic machines and/or wire mesh filters.
●It is capable of removing the rust that has been generated from
steel tubes for water service. It is recommended to install this Magnetic
Strainer onto steel tubes for water service, above and/or under ground.
