Or, Get off Namiyoke gate of Hanshin-highway Osaka port line 16, and go straight(350m) to Tatsumi-bashi cross road (in front of suhi restaurant Akindo), and turn left there, then can find in front of first signal.
By Train
Get off at Kujiyo station (subway, central line), and go straight to direction to Osakaport, and turn right on Tatsumi-bashi cross road(in front of Yoshikawa hospital), then can find it in front of first signal. It costs about 12min by walk.
OR, Get off at Benten-cho station of JR line, and go out from left gate
of direction to Taisho, and turn left on Tatsumi-bashi cross road(in front
of suhi restaurant Akindo), then can find it in front of first signal.

By a train
Get on the train that direct to Ikebukuro(subway, Marunouchi-line) from
Marunouchi-side of Tokyo Station, and get off Awagi-cho station, Go up
stair on A5 gate, then there is Awagi cross road. And go left there(Direction
to Sotobori, Ochanomizu), turn left on the first signal(Awagi-cho 2), Then
can find it second building from there(Daini Kameda building 4F).
It costs about 3min from Awagi-station.
