Capable of simultaneous different processes of material powder such as
shearing, grinding, pulverizing, dispersing, emulsifying, and fibrillation.
This Pure Fine Mill is of stone (ceramics) mortar type, where the coarse
raw material passing through the gap between the two rotating grinding
ceramics, upper and lower, into ultra-fine particles owing to the impact,
centrifugal force and shearing force that are generated in such passing
process. The particle size of the product particles can be controlled easily
by adjusting the clearance between the two ceramic grinders. The specially
structured ceramic grinders of this Pure Fine Mill can be rotated in contact
with each other, so that this mill can produce ultra fine particles with
diameters of sub micron. This Pure Fine Mill is applicable to pulverization
of a wide variety of materials including materials for foods, medicines,
chemicals and many other industrial products.

This Pure Fine Mill can be assembled and disassembled speedy without special
tools. It features excellent clean ability so that it meets versatile applications
in food, chemical and other various types of plants with easy operation
procedures.
The non-porous and non-permeable grinder of this Pure Fine Mill prevents
the growing of bacteria, allowing for contact running of the two grinders.
Each special ceramic grinding wheel of this Pure Fine Mill is non-porous
and non-permeable, and therefore the raw material does not penetrate into
it, which prevents the growing of bacteria as well as occurrence of cracks
of the grinding wheel, allowing for long continuous operation.

It is porous so that water, if poured, penetrates it.

It is easy to adjust the clearance between two grinding wheels.
With simple operations, the clearance can be controlled by graduation (one
graduation is equivalent to 0.004 mm), so that the setting is easy of the
particle size which is of vital importance in determining the quality of
the product. (It is possible to adjust the clearance even if the Mill is
running.)
This Pure Fine Mill is provided which eliminates the installation of a
pump to transfer particles crushed.
As this Pure Fine Mill is provided with the discharge pump function, it
is not necessary to install any pump to transfer particles crushed.
The stable pulverization capacity of this Mill has attained a high level
of yield.
The specially structured ceramic grinder has attained an extremely sharp
distribution of particle sizes. Those particles which have been rejected
so far due to their unacceptable particle size distribution can be utilized
with this Pure Fine Mill.
